The villa is air conditioned with heated pool and furnished to a high standard. The resort is situated just five minutes drive from the lovely fishing village of Salema and offers a superb 18-hole golf course with academy and driving range, tennis, soccer, a championship bowling green, spa with indoor pool, fitness centre and children’s club.
There are 3 restaurants on site and several others within walking or short driving distance. The area offers a wonderful choice of beaches on 2 coastlines. The unspoilt west coast is only a 20 minute drive away.
The nearby town of Lagos with its marina and nightlife is only a 15 minute drive. The region has an excellent range great quality restaurants, coastal walks and places of interest. Great place to relax!

Internal Accommodation & Details
Our luxury golf villa sleeps 6 and comprises of 3 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. Attention to detail is apparent throughout the whole of the villa, from granite worktops in the kitchen to the heated infinity pool in the garden. Details of the accommodation out outlined below. Accommodation
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed, patio doors to poolside and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with twin beds patio doors to poolside and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 with twin beds patio doors to poolside and en-suite bathroom. All air conditioned.
Bathrooms: Master en-suite has bath, large shower, twin hand-basins, WC, heated towel rail and bidet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have showers WC, heated towel rails and hand basins.
Kitchen: Granite work surfaces, ceramic hob, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Patio doors to built in BBQ area with sink.
Utility Room: Washing machine and adjacent drying area. Equipped with ironing board etc.
Living Rooms: Large open plan living and dining area. Corner sofa plus extra seating. Flat screen TV. DVD and CD. Fireplace. Patio doors to balcony. Large picture window overlooking countryside/future second golf course.
Other: Guest WC. The gardens are landscaped and on 3 levels. Balcony overlooks the pool, garden and views beyond.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Changed weekly. Weekly maid service included and additional service can be provided at an extra charge. Garden and pool cleaning included.

Changeover days are usually Saturdays but can flexible. Please contact us to make enquiries and regarding short breaks.
Accessibility
The villa has a frontline hillside position located just above the end of the driving range. Access is via a few steps to the front door. Pool and patio access is available from the bedrooms which are situated on the ground floor. The garden is accessed via steps.

Private heated infinity pool (pool cleaning and maintenance included). Outside shower and lighting. Pool lighting. Well maintained extensive garden on three levels. Built-in BBQ and patio furniture including sun-beds. Carport and off road parking.

Please take a look at our availability and prices. Our pricing policy simply reflects the low/mid/high/peak seasons. We do not charge supplements for half terms, Easter or Christmas/New Year rentals. Prices are quoted per week for the whole villa. Peak periods are reserved quickly, so book early to avoid disappointment.
