Booking Conditions

Naturally, we have a few conditions of booking to ensure your stay is a successful one.

• Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
• We will hold a provisional booking for a week while you arrange flights. On confirmation a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the villa. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• For late bookings (those made within 6 weeks prior to occupation), full payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
• Payment can be made by bankers’ draft, cheque, or cash transfers direct to our bank account. Bank details will be provided where necessary.
